You can even double the recipe. Make them ahead and freeze or refrigerate the rest. They will keep in the refrigerator for up to four days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Store and Freeze<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These egg muffins will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can reheat them in the microwave for 60-90 seconds when you&#8217;re ready to enjoy them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re freezing them, for best results, flash freeze them by setting them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sticking the pan in the freezer.
