    We’re Matt & Jessica and we’re fifth generation cattle farmers near St. Louis, Missouri. We’ve been selling beef directly off of our farm for over a decade, and we’ve answered hundreds of questions about beef from our customers.     This isn’t a traditional cookbook with lots of recipes. Rather, it’s a guidebook that explains how to get your desired results out of each cut of beef.
